Swedish massage  is one of the more basic methods of massage. It was developed in Sweden in the 1700s. The purpose of this massage is to increase oxygen flow and release toxins in the body. There are many techniques that make up the Swedish massage: long strokes, kneading, friction,tapping, percussion, and vibration. This massage is for relaxation and promotes healing. This type of massage has a certain type of heavenly flow that is simply irresistible!

Deep Tissue massage is a relief of those unkindly muscles that leave you in pain and wear you out everyday! If this sounds like you then this massage is what you're looking for. Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for the people with chronic back pain, stiff neck,sore shoulders. Some of the same strokes are used as Swedish massage but, the movement is a little slower with a stronger and deeper pressure that is concentrated on the area of tension and pain.

Sports Massage is a specific massage technique designed to reduce inflammation and injuries. It also is used to promote circulation.

Neuromuscular Massage Is for the person with acute or chronic pain. Using a trigger point technique to eliminate painful: joints, muscles, and movement.

When you turn left on highline we will be 3 buildings down on the left hand side of the street 4411 Executive Building. Park in the back and go up the stairs to the second floor  or take the elevator to #202 or #204
